Meet Megan Patton

I left the San Francisco bay area in 2000, relocating to my circa 1900 Victorian cottage in Nashville's highly touted and eclectic East Nashville area. As the owner of my own home, as well as the owner of investment property, I know what it is like to be a prospective home buyer or seller in today's market.

I bring over 20 years of experience in financial services to every interaction — having worked as a banker in Los Angeles and Larkspur, CA and in Nashville. Since 2004, I've worked as a real estate agent with Village Real Estate Services in Nashville, TN. In fact my entire working career has been in direct customer service: working one-on-one with clients to help broaden their understanding of the details and issues and then to move forward with a solid decision.

I've worked in customer service for 2 simple reasons: I love it, and I am really good at it. The best compliment I have received from my clients over the years has been, after a particular daunting transaction, "that was really easy." It is my job to not only take care of your buying or selling needs, but to make the process seamless and stress-free for you (and your family).
